What if none of my top matches respond?
You can rerun the match at any time with adjusted filters. Instructors with active availability are prioritised, so responses typically arrive within a day.
Is Smart Tutor Match free to use?
Running matches, viewing instructor profiles and messaging are covered by your parent or student plan. Class fees are set by each instructor and shown up-front.
Do I see my child's data being used?
